This project started as a typical single story rambler and ended with a new 2nd story Master Bedroom / Bathroom addition, a new Kitchen / Dining / Living area and a new Front Porch. The curbside image went from typical and nothing special to warm, inviting and timeless.

A small bungalow with great bones, this family needed more room to grow. They also loved their neighborhood and didn’t want to leave. This project added a second story Bedroom, Bathroom and Playroom. On the first floor, the expansion added a Kitchen, Dining area and Mudroom.

This busy family needed more cooking and prep space as well as a more functional kitchen. A small addition off the back of the house and a beautiful new work and prep area with extra oven space fit the bill. At the same time we were able to add laundry and storage space for hockey and soccer gear and to update a powder room.
