What began as a need for more bedrooms on a new 2nd floor, ended by taking the original home all the way to the basement foundation and rebuilding from there. The fresh start allowed more spaces to take advantage of views to the lake and the interior of the house to be better reconfigured for lakeside living.

Blending in smoothly with its existing main house, the Master Bedroom / Bathroom addition (the right half of the home) gave the Owner’s a beautiful view of the lake to wake up to each morning. The addition also added a new stair to the lower level and a new front entry.

By adding a small bump-out to a cramped out-dated kitchen, we were able to create a bright, roomy eat-in kitchen.   New maintenance-free decks, lattice and a pergola add lots of space for outdoor relaxing when the weather allows.
